On the day, the convening itself is a working control room: arrivals confirmed by QR at the doors, the Frontier Rounds rotating on an agent-built schedule, questions for the Convenor clustered as they arrive, and the Opportunity Map released to every phone at the close of the stage programme.

A credit-based certification pathway from Krimkar Superintelligence Academy: foundational computing, AI and LLM fundamentals, a Developer or Business specialisation with weekly labs and a capstone, then a six-month paid internship on real AI projects.
